The reception staff were polite and helpful.

The room was dirty. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. The iron didn't work.

Excellent facilities. I stayed in a very large and very well equipped apartment. I liked the pool and the fact that the hotel keeps the part of the beach in front of it clean, which was not the case with other hotels next door. The sea at this time is full of algae and this greatly affects the beaches.

The hotel itself, great swimming pool and facilities, room service and bar at the top.

The view from the room which overlooks nothing which is a shame for the price paid for all inclusive, not to mention the smell in the room. Main building “reception” room 103. The buffet is plentiful but repetitive. Too bad for the beach because the “sargassum” algae prevented us from swimming.

I liked everything, especially the pool, maybe the beach is not the best but it is perfect for relaxing.

There was no hot water in the room but with the heat it didn't matter. If it bothered me a little when a lady in a wheelchair entered the restaurant, they didn't bother to remove the seat so she could use her chair, and in between, as I helped her, the waitress tried to take the chair from me to put it back in its place (taking away her place again) that is due to lack of training.
